Cookies and Storage
Last updated: 31 August 2026
What we keep in your browser, and why we do not ask for consent. It is a short document, because we keep very little.
In short
We use no tracking cookies. We use no analytics software. There are no ad networks, social buttons, embedded videos or external fonts. The only request your browser makes to a server other than ours is the bot check on the contact page.
That is why you see no cookie banner. Everything we store is strictly necessary for the service to work, and strictly necessary storage does not require consent. You are still entitled to know what it is — all of it is below.
versamigo.com
Our brochure site’s own code sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. There are two exceptions, both on the contact page.
- The bot check under the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may hold temporary technical values in your browser while it runs. They exist only to complete that check, do not identify you, and do not track you across sites.
- So that a failed submission does not lose what you wrote, we keep the field contents in your browser until the tab closes (session storage, key “versamigo:contact-draft”). It is never sent to us, and it is cleared once the form goes through.
plan.versamigo.com
| What | Type | Contents | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| versamigo:plan:habit-21 | Local storage | Your whole plan: your habit, the 21 days of marks, everything you write | Until you delete it |
| versamigo:last-sync | Local storage | The time of your last backup | Removed when you sign out |
| versamigo:sync-offers | Local storage | How many times we have offered backup — at most three across 21 days | Until you delete it |
| vp_session | Cookie | A random key identifying your session. It contains neither your name nor your email | 180 days, refreshed on each use |
The first three are on your device only and never reach us unless you turn on backup. The fourth exists only if you have.
How to delete them
- “Delete my data” in the programme’s menu removes your record on the server and, if you want, this device’s copy too.
- “Sign out” only ends the session; what you have written stays on your device.
- Clearing your browser’s site data also removes everything — but if you never turned on backup, your writing goes with it and cannot be recovered.
If we ever add analytics
If we ever add visitor analytics, this notice stops being true and we would have to show you a real consent banner. There is nothing of the kind today and none is planned.
