The 21-day plan is free. We take no payment, ask for no account, and show no advertising.

In return we have to say this: the programme is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will run without interruption, be free of errors, or produce any particular result.

This programme is a workbook designed to help you build a behavioural habit. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service, it creates no relationship between you and a health professional, and it is not a substitute for professional help.

If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number — 112 in Türkiye and across the EU.

Everything you write in the programme belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, do not read it, do not use it for marketing, and share it with no one.

The programme itself — its text, workbook content, design and software — belongs to Versamigo. You may use it personally. To reproduce it, use it commercially, or make it part of your own service, write to us first.

• Do not stress the system: automated submissions, brute-force sign-in attempts, or attempts to get around security measures.
• Do not set up backup using someone else’s email address.
• Do not use the contact form for bulk messaging or advertising.

If we see use contrary to these, we may restrict access.

We offer a free tool and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. This does not cover liabilities that cannot be limited by law, including our own intent and gross negligence.

If you have not turned on backup, the only copy of your writing is in your own browser. If you clear your browser data we cannot restore it. If it matters to you, turn on backup or print your plan.

We intend to keep the programme running, but we cannot commit indefinitely. If we decide to close it, we will say so on the site a reasonable time beforehand so you can take a copy.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Siirt have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live is unaffected.

If we update these terms we change the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
